Home Assistant Yellow as the brain. Climate across 5 zones, 64 lighting circuits on Lutron, 12 motorized blinds, Sonos in 6 rooms, 8 cameras, 2 wall tablets. Custom scenes for the family's morning, evening, weekend and travel routines.
AED 165,000. Done in 18 days. Family runs the entire house from one tablet in the kitchen and any phone. The kids ask Siri to play music. The wife runs the goodnight scene from bed. Nothing is glitchy. Nobody talks about the technology anymore.
