Can you handle outdoor zones — pool, terrace, garden audio?+
Yes. Most of our Palm projects include outdoor speakers, landscape lighting, and weather-aware automation. We use weather-rated hardware and route everything to the same control system as the indoor zones.
We have salt-air corrosion concerns. Does that matter?+
Yes, it does. We use marine-grade hardware for outdoor cameras and any speaker on the terrace or pool deck. Indoor equipment lives in conditioned spaces. We've had zero corrosion failures on Palm installs to date.
Can the system manage staff and gate access?+
Yes. Code-based access for housekeepers, drivers, gardeners and pool maintenance, with hours and notifications. Gate intercom integrates with the same touchpanels and your phone.
What about home cinemas? You design and install those?+
Yes. We've delivered full cinema rooms on the Palm with Trinnov processors, Dolby Atmos surround, motorized acoustic curtains and 4K projection. Or simpler Sonos Arc setups in living rooms. We scope to the brief.
Will I need a service contract after install?+
Twelve months of support is included. After that you can choose an annual service contract or pay per visit. Most Palm clients take the contract because the system has so many integrations.
