Smart home installation in Dubai

“We had three different installers over five years and nothing talked to anything else. The Bayora team consolidated everything onto one platform. Lighting, AV, climate, gates, cameras, staff access. One app. It actually works.”

“Two kids, a dog, a housekeeper, two drivers. Before this we had four different keys and a confused intercom. Now everyone has a code, the cameras watch the gate and pool, and I get a notification when the kids get home from school.”

“Three kids, two of whom forget every door and light when they leave. The AC now turns off when no one is in a room and the front door alerts me when it's left unlocked. Our DEWA bill in July was the lowest it's been in five summers.”

“I'm an interior designer so I'm picky about light. The team built scenes for golden hour, dinner parties, and morning coffee. The dimmers are flicker-free even at 5%. My clients ask who did the lighting before they ask who did the kitchen.”

“We were moving into a brand new villa. Bayora came during the fit-out and ran proper smart home wiring before the walls closed up. So much cheaper than retrofitting later, and the result feels like the villa was always meant to work this way.”

“Tiny apartment, big WFH life. I needed lighting that supported my video calls and AC that didn't run all day while I was at the office. Total spend was under AED 5K and my electricity bill dropped enough that it'll pay for itself this year.”
