What about Marina's central AC system?+

Most Marina towers use FCU-based central cooling. Our smart thermostats are designed for FCUs — they replace the existing wall control with a smart one that connects to your phone.

Can I take my smart home with me when I move?+

Yes. Wireless setups pack into a small box. We come to uninstall and help you redeploy in the next apartment for free if it's another Bayora project.

Do I need building management approval?+

Not for wireless setups. For hardwired installations or anything touching the building's risers, yes — and we handle that paperwork.

What if my Wi-Fi drops?+

Local-control devices (which we default to) keep working. Schedules continue. Voice commands via Apple HomeKit / Google Home keep working too.
