WHY WE BUILD ON LUTRON

Our experience with Lutron

We specify and install Lutron systems for clients who prioritize lighting quality and design aesthetics. Whether it's a RadioRA 3 whole-home system or Caseta dimmers in a rental apartment, we handle product selection, programming, scene design, and integration with broader automation platforms like Home Assistant and KNX. Lutron is our go-to recommendation for dedicated lighting and shading control.

Flawless Dimming.

Lutron's patented dimming technology eliminates flicker and buzzing. Every light dims smoothly from 100% to 1% regardless of bulb type.

Designer Keypads.

Seetouch and Palladiom keypads are available in dozens of finishes to match any interior. Engraved buttons for scene control.

Motorized Shading.

Sivoia and Triathlon shading systems integrate seamlessly with Lutron lighting. Automated shades that move silently on schedule or command.

Clear Connect RF.

Lutron's proprietary wireless technology is designed specifically for lighting control. Extremely reliable with zero interference.

A RECENT LUTRON BUILD

3-bed apartment, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi · 2,200 sqft

Lutron Caseta dimming on 28 lighting circuits, Palladiom keypads at every entrance, 8 Sivoia QS motorized shades on a sun-tracking schedule. Eight scenes tuned to how the family actually uses the apartment.

AED 38,000. Done in 4 days. Owner stopped using the wall switches entirely within two weeks. The dimming is silky from 1% to 100% on every fixture. The shades move silently and recess into ceiling pockets when fully open.

Mariam D.

I've worked with lighting designers in Beirut and Paris and Lutron is what they all spec. Bayora got the Caseta and Sivoia setup right on the first try. The dimming is silky and the shades move like they're on velvet.
