Will my lights still work if the internet goes down?+
Absolutely. Our systems operate locally, so all manual controls, switches, and automations continue working without internet.
What's the difference between smart bulbs and smart switches?+
Smart bulbs are plug-and-play and portable. Smart switches are hardwired, control any bulb in the circuit, and provide a more seamless experience with physical wall controls.
Can I keep my existing light switches?+
With smart bulbs, yes — your existing switches still work. With smart switches, the old switch is replaced with a smart one that looks and feels like a normal switch but adds app and voice control.
How much does smart lighting cost?+
Smart bulbs start from around AED 50 each. In-wall smart switches start from AED 150 per switch. A typical apartment lighting upgrade ranges from AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 depending on scope.
