A RECENT PROJECT

3-bed apartment, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi · 2,200 sqft

8 motorized roller blinds across the west and south facing rooms. Astronomical clock schedule that closes the west side at 1:30pm and reopens at sunset. Integrated with the lighting scenes so 'Cinema' drops the living-room blinds.

AED 21,500. Done in 2 days. Owner reports the AC runs noticeably less in the afternoons and the previously sun-baked sofa fabric stopped fading.
